TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF
SALE FOR ELECTRONIC COMMERCE:
These terms and
conditions of sale apply to goods and services supplied by LES TAILLEURS
D'IMAGES RC B321 795 924
SUBJECT :
The present contract relating to the sale of goods is agreed between LES
TAILLEURS D'IMAGE, a private limited company in accordance with French law, and
a consumer (as part of his/her professional activities or not) in the context of
a mail order process.
GOVERNING
LAW :
The parties agree that this contract shall be governed by French
law.

ACCEPTANCE
:
By placing an order, the customer agrees to be bound by the present terms
and conditions of sale. Orders are not binding until confirmation is given by
LES TAILLEURS D'IMAGES by electronic means. The seller's automatic recording
procedure is considered as proof as to the nature and date of the agreement.
NATURE OF
GOODS :
The goods presented on our site are described as accurately as
possible. However, the photographs which accompany the product descriptions do
not form part of the contract. In the event of a mistake, despite our
precautions, LES TAILLEURS D'IMAGES accepts no liability. Any claims relating to
a transaction will only be considered if notified within three months of
completion of the transaction.
CONFIRMATION
BY E-MAIL :
Confirmation of orders will be sent by the company LES
TAILLEURS D'IMAGES in an e-mail to the address indicated by the customer.
WITHDRAWAL PERIOD :
The withdrawal period is seven
working days from the day the goods are received by the customer, if
confirmation of the details has been delivered by electronic mail (e-mail). If
the withdrawal right is invoked, we shall refund the amount paid by the
customer. Any refund shall be made within a maximum period of THIRTY DAYS. The
reasons for withdrawal must be clearly indicated and prior agreement given by
e-mail by LES TAILLEURS D'IMAGES. Goods shall be returned at the customer's risk
and expense. In the event of damage occuring during shipping, LES TAILLEURS
D'IMAGES reserve the right to make a claim against the customer if it is
considered that the goods were not returned in their original packing.

DEVELERY OF GOODS :
The goods will be
delivered to the address supplied by the customer within the period indicated in
the confirmation of order. The maximum delivery time is 20 days, and 60 days for
shipping outside the European Union. We do our best to deliver within 10 DAYS.
All shipments are mede from France. Consequently shipping costs are calculated
automatically depending on the destination zone for the order and the weight of
the package. All deliveries are made by recorded delivery. Shipping costs for
delivery of goods from the Antiques section will be notified in a quotation for
customer acceptance prior to shipment.
PRICES :
Our prices are stated in Euros and are guaranteed. The price includes the
cost of the goods and packing. For France these are net prices. For European
countries, in accordance with European agreements, value added tax (VAT) has
been included in the price. There is no other customs duty or value added tax
(VAT) to be paid on goods to be delivered within the European Union. Any change
in the rate of VAT may cause our prices to be modified.
For deliveries
outside the EUROPEAN UNION, any possible customs duty is to be paid on reception
of the goods by the recipient.
Payment for goods
can be made either by banker's card or by crossed cheque made out to LES
TAILLEURS D'IMAGES.
